Our experience
Attorney at law Thomas Kwiatkowski, the founder, owner and manager of the Firm is an acclaimed specialist in the field of immigration, corporate and entertainment law.
Thomas Kwiatkowski has been practicing before the Courts in New York, New Jersey and Federal Courts since 2000. Among others, he has successfully represented immigrants before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals in published cases, had written a successful federal court brief concerning a novel issue involving extradition procedures, had brought in a number of well known European artists, business people and athletes to the United States on appropriate visas, and was instrumental in establishing corporate framework for well known European corporations in the United States.

Our Lawyers
Thomas Kwiatkowski, Esq. – specializes primarily in the fields of immigration, business and corporate, entertainment and criminal law. Mr. Kwiatkowski received his Juris Doctor degree from the Seton Hall University Law School, received his Bachelor’s Degree in History and English from the University of Connecticut, and attended the Master’s program in history at the University of Connecticut. In law school Mr. Kwiatkowski assisted low-income individuals with immigration matters by participating in the pro bono program. Prior to establishing his law firm Thomas worked for well known law firms in the New York metropolitan area.
Before attending law school Thomas was employed in the maritime industry as a steamship agent, representing international ship owners in the United States before Immigration, Customs, and other US authorities, as well as being involved in various business, cargo and corporate-related negotiations on behalf of ship owners and charterers.
Thomas Kwiatkowski is well known as a columnist in New York area newspapers, covering various facets of immigration and corporate law. Over the years Thomas had two long running radio shows on two separate radio stations dealing with primarily immigration and business related legal matters.
Mr. Kwiatkowski often participates in talks as panelist, and regularly assists the Polish Consulate in New York in various legal issues.

mgr. Wojciech Baginski, LL.M. – works primarily in the fields of business and corporate, health care and civil law.
Mr. Baginski graduated from University of Warsaw School of Law and Administration. He also holds an LL.M. degree from University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Baginski is currently working on his PhD. thesis concerning liability of hospitals in Poland and United States.
Before joining the office of Mr. Thomas Kwiatkowski, Wojciech worked in the Polish office of Magnusson Wahlin Quivist Stanbrook, in a Legal Counselor office and in a notary office in Warsaw. During his studies he was a student legal counsel in a civil law section of Students Law Clinic at University of Warsaw where he provided pro bono legal services for people that could not afford to hire an attorney.

Mr. Baginski successfully passed NY Bar Exam and now waits to be sworn in as an attorney in New York
